but the odds that the already known woke related changes will remain, are high. konaami isnt known for trying to repair things after making them public.
dei probably is behind many changes in design, but they didnt go as far as in alan wake 2 (the story of the black female protag was created to replace one that was closer in style to the original alan wake; almost a last minute addition, because they remixed part of the plot it replaced)
You know why, because nothing was being toned down to tick boxes and ensure soft suburbanite developer's hearts from getting sensitive sniffles, as they weren't making the game for a younger, broader, 'modern' audience.

I mean it's kinda funny, though. I wasn't a child, even RE1 I first played in high school.
Right after i moved from my SNES to the PS1, from the best game in my memory on SNES just a year prior. However, yeah it's a far cry from the goofy warnings I'm seeing now, back then it gave any friends who couldn't handle it the chance to leave the room..
