i'm an artist. i draw comic book styles for a hobby. her head is actually the right size. i think they made the width too much. but if you draw a line to the tip of her chin to the middle of her forehead, that should be the same distance from the middle of her neck to the tip of one of her shoulders. for a guy, it's from the tip of the chin to the TOP of the head. not the middle of the forehead (men have bigger shoulders and smaller hips).
she is a large headed person. they could give her less grey mass.
