What’s wrong with James’ faaaaace?
He looks ancient, he’s ugly. I don’t know which is worse. You’re joking, I can’t believe my eyes. You’re joking me, you gotta be, this can’t be the right guy!

Update his face model, @BlooberTeam, if you mess up Silent Hill 2, we won’t forgive you!

I think the problem is they tired to make him "look Sad" like he is completely emotionally drained already. His original design was meant for him to look "normal" and not steer you one way or another which helped preserving the twist about what really happened too. Here he just looks like he's given up already and I sure hope his voice actor won't do the constant quivering sad voice the while time.

He's not ugly, he's just weird and he doesn't looks like he just killed his wife and forgot about It, why Is he so emotional? Original James looked and acted better.

He don't seem alcoholic to me like original version which is creepier when realize the fact that he's looking at us. lmao
