How many chapters / acts are there?

There are five acts!
The first three are each centred around a major dungeon,
and then act four has a little bit of a dungeon but also contains all the side-questing,
and then the last act is the finale.

(I find it's a really well-paced game, and there's a bit early on that tells you exactly what the scope of the game is going to be, so it works well.)
