i dont think drag actually works. i would suppose that it slows down the bullet in relation to how far its traveled rather than just applying a bullet speed debuf.
i stuck it on a dolphin to make the reload less terrible and at least as far as i could tell the bullet speed didnt seem affected. then again the distances in the game arent too extreme.
more drag - shorter distance of bullet fly
(remember the bug of first hours of guns&magic update, when all gun become broken cuz of slow and short flying bullets)
