And yes, on your side note, I would avoid using any oils that have "more bullet drop" on them, because it might as well say "your weapon will become completely useless except for CQB situations"
There are some builds that this is useful, but in the vast majority of scenarios, the "bullet drop" stat will kill your build, especially if it's a sniper rifle.
Also, oils with bullet drops are good on Rocket Launcher scroll weapons as the rocket launcher effect guarantees that the projectile goes flat... it is slow though
add bullet speed is main aim in modding rocket scroll.
reducing bullet speed can be compensated with railgun, cuz if bullet speed >0% railgun work and bullets fly on their maximum
adding recoil is perfect for all energy weapons, but +30% damage with +150% recoil is efficient only on d4rt, cuz this is the only energy weapon with single damage >100
