in fact in previous versions augusta was shooting the same projectile a d4rt, now this fixed, but it was realy funny
seems to be tr... no, catacoil has very big spread
Badly worded on my part. I meant that the Spread can't be modified for the weapon from its base. So not 0 but just that it can't be changed from the base amount on the weapon. Typing while tired is dangerous. Haha.
i used dead center oil to catacoil and turned it into doom's plasmagun - superaccurate
Hmm. That's interesting. Didn't think anything affected energy weapons' spread. I'll have to play around with it! Cheers!
Combine dead center with Boomstick oil and you've got only 0.85 spread and 3 projectiles in total, and since energy weapons have no recoil it's basically insane damage with minimal downsides (both boomstick and dead center add a lot of +recoil but it doesn't matter on energy) . There's also an oil that give a lot of +dmg% at the cost of greatly increased recoil but a gain, doesn't matter on Catacoil so it becomes one of the best close/mid range weapons and still great at "longer" ranges.
