Permanent/Meta Progression?

Since you loose everything in a run if you die, i was wondering if there will be some sort of meta progression system.

If you use the amulet (when it's charged), you can go back to the church, which will make you keep your gear.

Also if you do die, you should go to the mail box in front of the church to get some money. I did an almost full run but got stuck behind a ladder. Charged amulet saves you in many ways, although it sucks. I found at least 8 storage chests in the whole run so there is no issue saving your important stuff,i would also recommend that you do test runs in the levels you haven't played. Caves are on easy mode in comparison to the next ones, too many dogs and ranged enemies later on. Also a type of cyborg that is like dogs but x3 tougher and faster and hits really hard,1/3 or a little more of hp with 17 armor. Prepare to die alot on the latest levels or carry a bunch of heals/cryo/slow motion items
