Exceptional Error Happened?

Every time I click login from the launcher, a pop-up of "Exceptional Error Happened" then it closes.... Any idea guys?

There has been some random intermittent server issues on the US server lately, they are aware of it, and working on it.[c9.webzen.com] The Steam page for an online game generally is also not the best place to look for info on any such problems, it's best to check the official site for such info.

I did. I figured out the problem with this. My user name and password were wrong. Still, I haven't been able to log into c9. Every time I click start, it loads for a second and then closes. Hopefully, the patch today will fix that.

Basically, the error was so bad, it was AN EXCEPTIONAL ERROR.

found how to fix this. just ge to https://login.webzen.com/ and connect. once you have accepted the terms of service and all it will work via the steam luncher! worked for my anyway. No more exceptional error!
