Solution for Error code 91306

Hiya!

This is a better way in my opinion, to "Bypass" the steam accoung linking.

Go to your SteamLibrary > SteamApps > common > C9

There, rename the "C9MappingAccount.exe" to "C9Launcher.exe" and vice versa.

Then you will start the normal launcher through Steam, without extra gimmicky stuff.

Yeah I just reinstalled the game, and got this exception error also and I have ZERO idea what's causing it or hot to address it. Google has very little on this, so meh.
