Physx software is not installed (Resolved)

I uninstalled nvidia physx and redownloaded and installed it from here http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx-9.13.1220-driver.html

The game seems to work so far but I did launch it using C9Launcher from the game directory.

I get this error after the intro logos. If I click yes it will try to install and nothing happens, it just closes. If I click no the game closes. I restarted my computer just in case it installed it but it didn't, I get the same error.

I tried to manually run the physx installer from the steam game directory and it says my version of physx is newer, so, what the hell do I do?
