C9: Can not login or create new account.

I used to play C9 3 years ago. Today I felt like playing it again and for some reason i couldn't login with my old username. I tried to recover it with my email but it said the email was not valid.

Then I tred to create a new account with the same email, it said that the email was valid but it is already in use.

So I created a new email and for some reason I could not create the account. It said ''Channeling partner account information is not valid.''

I did some research and I am not the only one having issues with this game, but I could not find an answer.

Kind of, if you start the launcher in the Steam>steamapps>common>C9 folder. After doing this I downloaded the patcher and I could open the game once, than it crashed and when I tried to reopen the launcher it said: ''Fail to read patch server information''. I gave up after that.

You need to update your account on the webzen page :) They will give you a chance to update your acc name etc etc

im download it on official site , tired of error plus cant make more than 1 acccount on steam

right click C9 on steam then go to properties then go to area show local file then click on c9launcher steam launcher dont work

Here is the salution you need to go to Webzen there is a portal that will allow you to migrate your old acount to the new service. Also I found that if you have ever created an account for something they now own (e.g. gpotato etc.) and you used the email you are trying to use now this is why. Go to the sight this should help.

Same ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ here. Worst of all their captcha system is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ garbage. Its red test with thick red lines over them, so you get one out of every 10 attempts correct.

♥♥♥♥ this, no BS free to play trash is worth this headache.

Best of all apparently all 5 of my emails are apparently in use. Ive never played a single one of this devos ♥♥♥♥ games let alone made 5 seperate accounts for them.

i tried but i cant even acces to the game's website... it just keeps loading and says the internet isn't working... while i watch youtube videos -.-
