Size of the game ?

Steam says 5Gb(download size) is that the size of full game or will it download again with launcher and if it downloads again , what is the size of the full game ?
And is this a P2W game ?

It takes 5,2 GB on HDD when I clicked RMB on C9 in Library -> Properties -> Local file
Downloading on Steam is usually ~50% less.

But you need to "consider" that MMO games have their own launchers - which usually download huge patch 500 MB +
