hack shield pro problems

when im installing the game for the first time it runs hack shield pro and it loads, when its done it just does nothing, no game pops up. when i try to open arctic combat it says its already running. Can anyone please help me?

Something is Blocking The Game,If u use Firewall set the Game App in Your Firewall settings to alow or trusted.Did u try it to Start The Game from C: with the Game Launcher?
On Windows 7 usually C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\ArcticCombat\GameLauncher_GP\WYLauncher.exe Start this better as Admin so that ur Firewall dont makes Problems.Or download from Webzen the Game Extension and install it and try to start with the Browser Launcher that u was Installed from the Website.

I met suches Problems with,G-Data Security and Spyware Doctor,i didnt found a fix for that bowe Programs so i need it to Deinstall,the game was running after that whitout Problems.
