I solved the problem with error by switching to windows 8 but now i have problem with the Textures i cant see nothing i know its a matter of Direct cuz i had the same problem with the Bad Company 2 so i change direct from auto to directx9 but i cant see the option in this game so im screwed ! Or is there any posibility how to change it? ;)
