Stuck on Windmill Training

So my Windmill Rank is at 3. I have about 88exp filled up and I only need 12 more. Is there any advice for it?

It's Crucial to get the "several powerful enemies" part done, that requires at least 4 strong enemies (not 3 strong enemies and 1 awful, at least 4), after fulfilling that part, I suggest windmilling boss and awful enemies, this applies for all of the later ranks of windmill.

I think i did The Other Alchemist or something on Int. or Adv. to get the last remaining ranks. Most mobs should be Awful or Boss.

I already done the several powerful enemies for attacking and defeating them. I'm trying to find the boss enemies which can be a bit of a challenge.

Depending on the server save up the proper gold and buy two potions for windmill training and give up. Training windmill is pretty impossible this late in the game. It's easier to make 3 mil gold than to train windmil from 3 to 1.

What's your combat power? I got most of the boss requirement from the demonics in saga 4 when I was relatively low.

r3 is a pain, r2 is pure evil in hell. Buy the pots or get cp gear. My choice is the raccoon cub, usefull for other things than windmill

Doing dailies can get you some training seals on Sunday from the Seal Merchant to help speed things along too.

The "Their Method" mission is where I trained my Windmill all the way to rank 1. They don't attack much so it's really easy to spam windmill. You can also make them grouped up using Firebolt or other knockback skills to easily fulfill the requirement of killing 4 of monsters at the same time. Well not sure how much CP you have, but it's worth a try.
