1. If you want to enchant yourself, you need the enchant skill. Another option is to ask someone with the enchant skill to enchant for you.
The process for entrusting Enchants is as follows:
The player with the Enchant Scroll must right-click the Enchant Scroll and select "Entrust Enchant."
A list of party members will appear. Select the desired trustee and click OK.
The Enchant entrusting interface will appear. Click and drop the Enchant Scroll and the desired target item into the designated slots near the top of the window, and select "Request."
If the trustee is unable to accept the Enchant request at this point, try taking the Enchant Scroll and target item out of the window, and placing them back in the opposite order they were inserted the first time.
Once the trustee clicks "Accept," simply wait for the Enchanting process to end.
Inorder to make the enchant work you need:
2. Using an Enchant Scroll of Rank 5 or higher requires an Enchant Skill Rank of 5 or higher.
3. Enchant Scrolls of Rank 9 and higher require that the item being enchanted already has an enchantment of the previous Rank (or higher). This means that in order to enchant an item with a Rank 6 Enchant, you must first enchant it with a Rank A, 9, 8, and 7, in that order. The enchantment on the item must be of the same type (Prefix or Suffix) as the Enchant Scroll.

It's not that simple, and too risky. Cause weapons and armours explode if you fail an enchant ar rank 5 or higher, well chance to explode I think.

A few enchants bypass through the enchant bridging process and allow you to enchant on equips regardless, but you still need a high rank enchant to be able to use it. Or get someone else with high rank enchant to do it for you.
Broken Arrow/Arc Lich: -250
Marble/Jackal: -500
Raccoon Cub: -1000
There's also a -100 cp enchant but I don't remember what the name of it is and it's not very helpful anyway.
Marble requires a r5 enchant to "step" off of, so you will need something that fits the bill nicely U: You'd also need a r5+ enchanter to enchant while keeping the enchant scroll intact should it fail.
