Still not on Steam for Europe?

Come on Nexon. I'd really like to be able to install and play Mabinogi via my Steam so I can make use of the Steam overlay once I am in-game, since I play fullscreen and that way people can easily contact me regardless. I've tried to just add Mabinogi as a non-Steam game but Steam doesn't register the game being played after the patcher closes when the game itself loads. We can play Mabinogi over in Europe ever since European Mabinogi closed so why is it still not available on Steam in Europe as well?

"Nexon America is committed to servicing Mabinogi for North America, Europe, and Oceania regions. If you are trying to connect from other regions, please find your localized version of Mabinogi from the list below."

Unfortunately, Nexon EU cant submit anything Mabinogi, since MabiEU is no longer in existence, and the service zone has passed to NA. However, the way it was done is unclear. I dont know how it looks on the paperwork, but while NA claim EU as a serviced zone, EU isn't fully getting access to all the usual services (such as payment methods, but that is understandable). The EUs are in a somewhat special position I guess. It all depends on how everything was negotiated, and if those negotiations are final or not.

As it stands, the contract Nexon made with Steam actually only acknowledge NA, I believe australians are also cut out from the deal, but dont quote me on that. I dont rightly think someone is "at fault" for the way things are currently, putting Mabi on Steam was an experiment, and it was probably not a bad decision to start small. I do think however the contract should now be expanded upon, now that it's set up and working. Again however, I have no clue on how that would work on the paperwork.

I really want to play this game, but I don't want to play outside of steam, do you think that they will add EU version sometime? Or is there any bypass how to get it on steam when I am from europe?
