You don't.
Other way would be getting lucky with drops in areas that have the chance to drop clothes.
Note that there's some people that tend to price things based on looks - you can sometimes find armor priced cheaply just because it's not a color people would want (not sure if that's the case now with all the dying that's been going on).
Edit: While uncommon/rare, you can sometimes find people that like to do item trades instead.
Both options are time consuming because of the skill training, material gathering, and obtaining the scrolls needed to make the item (some even needing more than one of that scroll to actually make something). With tailoring you really just need the tailoring skill and weaving skill; blacksmithing needs refining (to refine ores into ingots), blacksmithing, and sometimes weaving (since some material requirements are materials created from weaving).
Materials will also take up inventory space, so there's some management involved unless you're selling your materials as you use them.
The game as a whole is a bit open-ended, so it's really up to you to find what works best for how you want to play. You could do the usual grind of dungeons and such to get gold, or if you're tired of combat you can work on any of the various life skills - herbalism and potion making to sell various potions, mining or metallurgy to sell iron (or throw in refining to sell ingots), Carpentry for getting higher quality firewood, Weaving to make necessary materials used in tailoring, hillwen engineering or shyllien ecology for guns/mana bullets, and so on.
Or part time jobs like at the healer and church to gather up holy water to sell in stacks of 10. If you're one that pays for VIP every month you can make use of the farms in Tailteann.
Events are usually the easiest times to find equipment, but outside of that a lot of it will involve some work.
Also the accessories thing no longer applies that much due to armor mastery
You are a verry lucky person

Also, adventure seals can be obtained by doing many different daily quests. It may take a bit, but it's free and worth it. C:
Here is a list of all the daily quests you can do to obtain the seals:
