Question about weapon upgrades
Do upgrades actually show up on weapons, or do they just say something like "normal upgrade, x/5"

They show up, for example, if your upgrade improves damage, your damage on your weapon will increase, if you up balance, then balance shown on that weapon will increase in value. If you upgrade something like cast sped then that shows up under prof.

Well, I meant like, will it show the name of the upgrade? Or how many upgrades are on the weapon? I have a specific colored Alchemy Cylendar I wanted to make into a spirit Cylendar and it says "normal upgrade 1/5" under upgrades.
It's not character bound, so idr if it's been upgraded or not

Upgrading does not bind it to a character. Your friend can give you old fully upgraded equipment. Special upgrades are different though.

It will show, under upgrades, 1/5 or 2/5 or... you get it.

dang, gotta find a new cylendar in the same color now, unless they changed being unable to make upgraded weapons into spirit weapons. I must have upgraded the cylendar before I had my character that I want a spirit cylendar on.

You can dye them too, with metal dyes.

I tried, couldn't get blue like I had wanted and tried to get twice. Also, sorry about not spelling it right. too tired to look it up around midnight.
