spirit weapon quest

hay can anyone tell me if they know how to get the quest to get a spirit weapon? i have a weapon with 100% prof fullly repaired and ive talked to aohdon and used the personal story chat option. and no i dont have eiry

It doesnt need to be fully repaired, but it does need to have no upgrades.
Its max durability needs to be fairly close to original (80%).
You need to have the weapon equiped when talking to aodhan.

Alright, i just did it and I got the quest.

What weapon are you trying to use? Not all weapons can be made into spirit weapons.

i tried a glory sword a muramasa and warharmer

Well, assuming you dont already have the "Ancient Spirit Magic" quest, or already have a spirit weapon, I cant think of why its not working.
