Bank Check Withdrawls

As a non-VIP player, can somebody explain to me how--for example, if I wanted to withdraw 20m gold from my bank to be issued as a check, that instead of being able to do that, I now have to withdraw it in two separate checks and pay double in bank fees?!??

Nexon NA, I get that you are proud of your new VIP revamp and that you have to keep 'the lights on' despite economic inflation, but this is the second time I have found you guys doubling the cost for non-VIP players and keeping the old system in place for people who are willing to spend IRL money for it. Are you guys really trying to alienate your playerbase with these shady, undisclosed practices of making money or are you guys trying to shut the game down in favor of the Unreal Engine??

Withdrawing a check for non-VIP players has been a maximum of 10 million gold for quite some time (since at least 2018). There was no change to the withdrawal services for non-VIP players with the VIP renewal.

Thank you for the response. I did check the wiki page, and even double checked on the internet archives and it seems that you are correct, so I do apologize. However, I distinctly remember withdrawing more than 20-25m in bank checks in many years past, but perhaps I was subbing er... having paid for 'VIP' at the time.
