[Nexon Support] Good ending to my troubles here!!
If you've seen. Any of my recent posts about my struggles (Steam not booting it up consistently, my account information being Lost To Time since I've been playing since I was really young and Steam being the only way for me to sign in nowadays, desperation for a name change coupon and hoping they were available through events), I just wanted to give an update and say...

Everything actually turned out super totally okay for me.

I hate that other people have struggled in the past with Nexon Support, but... They actually took care of my problem. It took about two weeks, 10 days of that being pure radio silence, but they actually fully took care of my problem.

I had 0 access to my old email. I didn't remember it, I only remembered the vague phrase the email was based off of. I explained this when they gave me their "hint" to the email, and they asked me some more questions (last sign-in--I was actively playing in that moment through steam lol, birthday--I didn't remember the birthday associated with my old account for a myriad of reasons), and some other stuff. I had previously given the accounts old name--what we used for sign ins before they moved to Nexontags and emails, all of the character names (not the pet names), and more.

Anyways. If you're like me and can't access your account through Nexon itself. It's worth making a new account and emailing them to create a ticket. It might take about two weeks. But they got me back into everything. AND I have a few name-change tickets!!!! I'm so so so excited and relieved. I got my name change set up and it rolls over on Thursday.

Also like. If you were one of the people who helped me or commented in any capacity with words of kindness/support/hope/offering suggestions. Thank you so so so much. I really appreciate you. I probably won't be using steam to play Mabinogi much anymore since I can actually use the Nexon Launcher and it's reliable, but. Still. This game meant a lot to me as a kid, and I came back seeking some familiarity and comfort, so I'm really relieved and overjoyed to have found so much help and kindness.
