Extreme UI and In-Game Options Bug [SAO EVENT]

Skills Bar, Skills Menu, Friends List, and Actions Menu are all having serious UI issues.

This issue does not actually give me any error codes to go off of. It seems to only be an issue regaurding my main character on my account. The other characters seem to be just fine.

This bug appears to make it so I can't properly open certain menus, It'll show the title of the menu, also showing a small portion of the menus box, but none of the contents inside can be reached. It also appears to have switched all of my custom setting for the game's UI back to the intended default, including the audio settings as well.

The Skill Bar at the top has removed all of my skills in which I had two different bars made for my fighting style and replace all 10 of the bars with none other than the Combat Mastery skill icon. Deleting the skills from the bar and re-logging into the game reloads all of the skills back to Combat Mastery every time.

I've done everything I can with the in-game options to fix this error, as well as validated all of my local files through the Steam client as well as uninstalled and re-installed the game not only through steam, but from the website as well. None of these seem to be able to fix the error.

In-game friends say they've never heard or seen this type of issue before in the past or present, they all seem to believe it is enough to deem my main character of 8 years unplayable.

Any help to get this resolved so I don't lose years of my life? XD

Pressing "\" removes the UI to make it screenshot-worthy removing everthing except the messages in the chat, did you happen to press that? Also did you try deleting everything in the Mabinogi folders after uninstalling?

Just because you uninstall doesn't mean everything is deleted. You gotta go there manually to delete settings and stuff, namely the My Documents area (for WinXP) and Documents area (For Win7) and then the Mabinogi folders in the SteamApps/Common area.

Ya i had the same problem the other day. I just went into my documents/mabinogi folder and deleted everying in the "cache" and "settings" folder in my documents/mabinogi folder. In game if my windows where still werid, i went into menu/game/etc and pushed the default window postion button.
