Are there any GM's or nexon employees here??

I cannot access my account (on the website) because i cannot login. The email i used was deleted. Because of this, i can't send a support ticket either. The automated change email thing on their website did not work. What am i suppossed to do here?? I can still play the game through steam, but can't do anything with the account... like add NX.
Any tips or GM responses appreciated.

If you haven't already, post your issue on their Discord server where somebody on staff is likely to answer: https://discord.gg/mabinogi. Reddit would also be another good place.

Just out of curiosity, is your Steam account's email the same as your Nexon account for Mabinogi?

I ended up creating a new account on nexon website and speaking with GM Nizuzu or however it is spelled. The sent it to one of the GM's above them. Hopefully all works out. Thank you!

Well, what is a realistic waiting time for something for like this?? I would like to take advantage of the Master Plan event and such.
