Newb returning some stuff appears to be missing

so I remember clearly having my DK transformation but i cant seem to find out how to activate it now I seem to be missing my Nimbus pet and magic carpet...

are transformations still a thing also is there anything i can do about my pets

For any missing items/pets, I believe you should contact the customer support services and give them the information about the pets : names, roughly what was in them, if you can remember when they were created. Depending on how long you've been absent, these disappearance might have been a result of the merge, or something else entirely, which customer support should be able to help you with.

Transformations are absolutely still a thing, make sure your hotkey just isn't gone, and check if you have the skill learned in the Skill window. If you want to push further, check in the skill window if it is in the Unlearned category for some reason.
