When submitting the ticket with your issue, be sure to include more than just the email itself, include any information on the account that you can remember, such as characters names, pets, date of account creation, anything to help them identify that you own the account would help. Though your issue may not require all that much as if there is an issue fixed you would likely require access to the email account anyway in order to proceed.
