Apparently my nexon account exists and doesn't exist at the same time
When I go to create my nexon account, It tells me that my email is already being used but when I try to log on with the same email or try to reset my password, it says the account doesn't exist, it does this regardless of the method I use. Please help.

Hey, I'm getting the same issue when attempting to reset the password for an email I used on an old nexon account, "Either this account doesn't exist or the password is incorrect. Please try again" when trying to reset and then "This ID is already being used." when I try to create a new account using that same email..... Did you find a fix to this yet?

Use to be a problem with browsers holding old tokens. Try either a new different browser, or other device (such as your phone or tablet might work), or try to delete personal history/other info from the browser and try again.

Finally, you can contact support Here[support.nexon.net]. To submit a ticket you need to login, which means you need to create another account. When submitting the ticket with your issue, be sure to include more than just the email itself, include any information on the account that you can remember, such as characters names, pets, date of account creation, anything to help them identify that you own the account would help. Though your issue may not require all that much as if there is an issue fixed you would likely require access to the email account anyway in order to proceed.
