Wine-Making: Top average scores?

Been trying to do Wine-Making (For corrib Valley Protection Orders... x-x) and after practicing for 5-10 minutes I'm curious...

What're your guys' top averages?

Currently, using mousewheel to crank tlhe speed to max, I can get 2 Acidity INCREASE and 10-18 purity loss on average, though one practice run I managed only 4 purity loss.

Not always... I've gotten helpful omments from people when I was having a few issues.

I usually average about 1-3 purity loss, but I also only crank the wheel by one or two notches.

So how much acidity do you lose, then? o.o

I'm going to take a guess here and say like 12 acidity. It's been a few weeks since I've done it though.
