Cannot Reset Secondary password

I've went through the process of going and trying to reset, but when I do it doesn't reset my password for the steam version of the game
When I first tried to reset it told me I had no account on mabinogi even though I was playing the game just yesterday

Same. Endless cycle of attempting to reset it.

1. Login on website
2. Go to account info
3. Click secondary password reset
4. Get email
5. Click to confirm
6. Routes me back to the website
7. "You've requested too quickly, please wait 10 minutes!"
8. Try to login
9. Account locked out, says to reset secondary

I've been told by a friend that the steam version of this game is bugged and that it's easy to lose your account. If you want to play the game with little to no worries about losing your account then I would reccomend downloading the Nexon Launcher and download Mabinogi through there

What process did you follow? Like bodybag please list it out so we can see if theres a missed step. Btw if you take out bodybag's #7 and #9 its pretty much the correct process.

Common things are...
1) Your mabinogi.nexon.net password is not your steam password, you must press the "forgot" password link to create a password for your account if you made your account through steam.
2) After clicking on the confirmation email thats sent to you, you must login to the game to set a new secondary password at the secondary password screen.
3) Secondary passwords have rules that must be followed.

I got nothing. Might be a problem with the web browser, i recommend trying on a different one, or a different device (perhaps on mobile), just to rule it out.
