Best Game Color?

Simple and innocuous question, but what game color do you guys use? I thought about leaving it on Gray, but ended up settling on Yellow since the secondary color for yellow is actually a pale mauve-purple shade. Looks great on certain monsters, and on Lily's eyelashes. Green also seemed nice for the Game Boy nostalgia, but it was a little too bright for me.

Also, a bit of a tangent, but what would the main route characters look like in 256 Colors? Is it mentioned anywhere, or just left up to the imagination?

I used mostly the purple one, but yellow is nice for cutscenes.
