Stuck after reaching floor 255

I've gone through the game once and I've reached floor 255. I've sadly skipped a tree because the game forces you to warp over some floors after some time.
But now I'm stuck at the end where I can interact with my status bar. But nothing I do get's me anywhere. Most changes just give some error, some crash the game, some kill you and removing the B2 will drop you in some endless void where there doesn't seem to be anything to do.
Quitting the game just puts me back into this room. What exactly do I need to do now?

Have you tried removing a tile and falling into the void?
