Sigil Tiles (the light circle tiles): Summons a shadow-grey that follows you every time it is stepped on. If any of the shadow-greys die, you die.
Circle Tiles (The dark circle tiles): Ice Tile+: These can only be stepped on once, much like ice tiles, but they don't go away when you leave them. Stepping/pushing something onto an activated tile will destroy all connected activated tiles, finally removing them (and anything on them).
When working with them together, you cannot step on a Circle tile after having stepped on a Sigil, as the shadow-grey will step on the tile when following you, killing itself (and you).
On to the puzzle: That Sigil Tile in the upper left is a key piece and you'll need it eventually.
Hint 1: Take the Sigil and put it below where you start - now you only have a very limited set of options, but you're on the right track
Hint 2: After Hint 1, step on the Circle Tile and grab the regular tile, then step back off to the left. Now you should have everything you need.
Hint 3: Continue moving around the upper half of the ring, moving Circle Tiles out of the way - you'll need to eventually activate the Sigil in order to step on the switch and exit.
