About the "Giant Head" - HELP

In my first game I reached the "Giant Head" in "VOID mode". At first he didn't talk to me, so I reset the game. He gave me a locust and talked to me about something in particular. In my second game he didn't appear again.

My game was later reset because I didn't choose to eat the fruit when I died the next time, so the head reappeared. Now I always get to that area without dying, the dialogue with it is shorter than when I first encountered it and now I can't find a way to make it disappear.

I am unable to finish the game without dying because this character always blocks the exit, so I have to spend all my locust to advance.

Can anyone shed any light on this issue, what can I do to stop it from appearing again?

The Giant Head will tell you about the smiling statue's trick of falling under it with a locust. The reason it gives you a locust is because of that.
