Guild Storage Expansion Coupon??

I have tried multiple times to purchase guild storage (I have over 20 members in my guild) and every time I add funds to get the guild storage the game tells me the funds have been added successfully, and the funds show up in the Depot, but will not show up to allow purchase of the storage. Nor was I able to find any such expansion ticket in the depot. Can anybody give any advice or suggestions about why I can't purchase Guild Storage?

I’m going to guess you’re using NX Credit and not NX Prepaid, which guild storage could only be bought with prepaid afaik.

Yeah this one made me mad before too. And its not that we can;t use credit, but that if you go to the main page on Nexon exceptions on credit THIS IS NOT LISTED AS AN EXCEPTION! The only thing listed under Vindictus is somethign about not being able to get certain items from depot til certain level. Is whoever incharge of main Nexon site too lazy to type one sentence/statement:
Cannot use credit for guild based purchases (such as storage)

10 measely words on the page listing exceptions. Is that really too much to %^#$#%&^ ask!
