Vindictus Crashing on Game Star Up During Loading Screen Getting a Chinese Error

the game crashes before it gets to the main menu and i get the error?
exception access violation, if anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know i really want to play vindictus!

Try running vindictus.exe directly without going through steam. Verified cache solved my problem but even without verifying I could still launch the exe

no one cares tull they get the error do the reasonable thing and stop playing a game the company takes a month to fix

If your crashing while trying to load in you might want to try to reduce the settings of the game. When you first launch the game it is set a bit high. If you log in again run it without any other programs running (ie. browser, music player, etc.) to change the settings.

Another thing you could try is launching directly from the application. Here are the steps:
1) Open your file explorer
2) Go to your "Local Drive"
3) Open "Program Files x86"
4) Open "Steam"
5) Open "Steam Apps"
6) Open " common"
7) Open "Vindictus" Folder
8) Open the server folder (ie. en-US)
9) Find Vindictus Application (This is the launch that should be about 3k to open, its near the bottom of the list)

i get a Chinese Error when i launch the game i can't even get to the main menu.

I had similar issues, turns out it was conflicting with another program, namely Games for Windows Live. After uninstalling that Vindictus began to work again, so you might give it a shot.
