You can also find this window by Right-Clicking on Vindictus in your Game Library and select View CD Key

Then click on Redeem Promo Code[i.imgur.com]
From here simply input the code for the Exclusive Package.

Once you have redeemed your code, go to the Temporary Storage section of your NX Storage Chest and right click on the Free Steam Starter Pack to add it to your Storage Chest. Right Click on the Free Steam Starter Package in your Storage Chest to receive your free items. The 30-Day Cadet Badge, 30-Day Unlimited Hair Pass and 30-Day Unlimited Inner Armor Pass will expire 30 days after the Free Steam Starter Package is opened. All your free items can be found in the NX Storage Chest.

Exclusive Steam Package Contents:

• 30-Day VIP Pass – This Pass will provide your character with enhanced stats, a chance for additional Boss loot, one extra Raid entrance per day and bonus EXP. This item can be found in your NX Storage Chest.

Right Click the 30-Day VIP Pass to activate it. This Pass will remain active for 30 straight days, so log in every day to experience the full benefit of the 30-Day VIP Pass

• 30-Day Cadet Badge – Enjoy 600 Extra defense and 10 extra Luck for 30 days! This item will provide you with damage resistance and a chance to get extra loot in dungeons.

This item can be found in the NX Storage Chest. Right Click the 30-Day Cadet Badge to equip it.

• 30-Day Unlimited Hair Pass – Upgrade your ‘do with the Unlimited Hair Pass, which allows you to change your hair style and color an unlimited number of times for 30 days! New hair styles and colors can be selected from the Avatar Shop.

The Avatar shop can be accessed by clicking on the Avatar icon on the bottom left hand side of the screen. When purchasing your hair style, select Unlimited Hair Pass from the drop down menu in the payment confirmation screen. Your new hair style will appear in your NX Storage Chest. Right click on your new hair to equip it. Any hair purchased with this token can only be used for 30 days after you receive your Ultimate Hair Pass.

• 30-Day Unlimited Inner Armor Pass - Upgrade your skivvies with the Unlimited Inner Armor Pass, which allows you to change your Inner Armor style and color an unlimited number of times for 30 days! New Inner Armor styles and colors can be selected from the Avatar Shop.

The Avatar shop can be accessed by clicking on the Avatar icon on the bottom left hand side of the screen. When purchasing your Inner Armor, select Unlimited Inner Armor Pass from the drop down menu in the payment confirmation screen. Your new Inner Armor will appear in your NX Storage Chest. When I try to log in to the game it has some incorrect email locked into the box, I cant change the email so I cant log in since the email is incorrect. Why dont you people just allow people to input their own dam email address?

They did, and thats the email you put in some previous time. Sadly it can't be changed, so a tad flawed there.

This free "DLC" is just a code you can put into the cash shop in game. You can find vindictus.exe in your steam apps folder, you'll get a manual login prompt through that.

I downloaded Vindictus again outside of Steam, with the Nexon Launcher. I have the same account as I created and synced to Steam, but because I have not downloaded the game directly through Steam I am prompted to downloaded the game a second time as opposed to right clicking the Vindictus listing and selecting "View CD Key".

I can view my Downloadable Content, but not the code.

What should I do to avoid uninstalling my Nexon Launcher iteration and reinstalling the game through Steam, and subsequently waste about three hours?

On the right side of the page, there is a View CD Key equivalent link if you highlight the Vindictus option in your game list. I hope that helps anyone else with my issue.

I can't find a description of what any of the free items mean... What does a Cadet Badge do? What do I get with a VIP Pass? Maybe it would entice people more if they knew what they were getting...

Is there a trick to activating the Hair Token or Inner Armor coupon? They don't seem to work, even though the Steam Exclusive Package is in my purchase history. Avatar Shop Coupon Info says I don't have any valid coupons. Is there an activation/waiting/delivery period?

Edit: Found it. The package has to be activated in the inventory. It's not very straightforward when you've never played the game before and the inventory system isn't introduced for a while in game. It could be made clearer to first-timers.

i opened it in the temp inventory and it dissapered .... what do i do?

When you open it from the Temp inventory, it creates a package in your normal inventory. Open it again there.
