Been getting this error for a while now, normally just verifying the game cache fixed it, but not this time. I've also tried :

- Re-installing the game
- Deleting the CurrentInfo.txt file (was a work around back in the day, but not anymore)
- Looking if my firewall was blocking it, it isn't.

I'm out of ideas, appart from installing the game NOT from steam.

Did a fix ever arise for this? I remember it happening back in 2013, and deleting CurrentInfo.txt was the fix, but since the most recent patch, that idea is obsolete now.

Yeah, I long gave up on the Steam version of the game. The only reason I'm on these web boards is because I feel the Steam players need someone from the Nexon Website side of the launch app to help out now and again. Which is why I made the Finance Guide and the Character Selection guide, since the Nexon Forums have some similar things there. I assume.

Hey, I perfectly own up to the fact that I'm lazy in my guides! Of course I wouldn't bother checking to see if a guide exists elsewhere before writing my super detailed guides for other people to flame! It's only natural, right?

Just delete the "bin" folder and then do repair installation. That way it should get fixed.
