Help! start up issues

When i click the button after signing into my nexon account, it loads like normal until it hits the black window that says "vindictus" before popping into full screen to play. once the black window opens for about a second, the window on my task bar exits and leaves me with an error saying
"NMManager - Warning
[Auth] SSO ???? ??? ???? ?????. ?? ?? ?? ???? ??? ????."
I uninstalled and reinstalled vindictus twice already and restarted my computer a couple of times, but im still getting the same error. HELP

Most likely a connection problem. Have you tried checking your firewall to see if its blocking the game? There's a Nexon Messenger program that need to connect online along with Vindictus.

I figured it out, all you need to do is go to your firewall settings and enable it for public. thanks
