Not getting sound ingame

I loaded up the game today and the game has no sound - no music, no sound effects, nothing. Every other game I play has sound no problem. Anyone else run into this or more importantly know how to fix it?

It happened to me when I was creating a new character, but the sound and music volumes were turned all the way down. You can change it in the options (Which is after tutorial if you're creating a new character), it may not apply to you though.

This happen to me last night after the new update. To fix you launch Vindictus. Before you hit start game go to options then the audio tab. There are two options called game volume and music volume so turn these up. Apply changes then hit okay. You'll have restart the game for the changes to take place.

Man this game is ♥♥♥♥ it's 4 years since people complained about the issue with no sound and it's not fixed yet :D

Same thing happened to me. I'm a brand new player, hearing about the great combat and I can't even get the sound to work, in the game. Menu and character creation I get sound, but as soon as my character is in the world no sound.

Sucks, I was looking forward to trying this game out.

Can confirm, no sound in-game. Game looks good but i'm already not excited reading they haven't fixed this bug after 10 years lul.
