No gold for anything?

Everything I try to sell sells for 0, and I get no gold from quests. What's going on?

i was about to post a link to the exact post on the patch notes but i cannot seem to find it anywhere on the vindictus website anymore...
if i remember reading it correctly they implimented anti bot measures where as to get no gold from starting quests, to help stop bot farming gold and inflation in the economy.
i also remember reading some posts on the forums today about people having a similiar issue with gear and not being able to dismantle certain ones they could usually dismantle.
wish i could find the post and be more helpful! if i come across it again i will edit my post.

Gold rewards were removed recently from a lot of beginner things, including missions, battles, and items to prevent goldbotters.

To counteract, they dropped the purchase requirement on some of the beginner items

Does that include selling items? When can I start selling items for profit?

From what I have noticed from looking at the market, and consulting my friend who is low-leveled, the items and battles start going for/giving gold at Ainle, which is after Hoarfrost Hollow, which is after Perilous Ruins.

I think it is around level... 20/25?

K I just found out this is bull/sh/it...... :(
when we are selecting battle quest or whatever we can see battle info
how much money/ap/exp we will get from this battle
and that says we should get money however it doesnt give me money....
i tried with my smurf account and lv 59 account
and even my level is higher than 25 it still gives me 0 gold haha....

you have to sell the iteam you dont want at the Market place witch is close to the forge to get money

But, people can still bot farm and just sell what they gather intermittently. It's not like removing the gold rewards affect botters who are determined to beat the system / save time. All it does is handicap new players and therefore more likely turn them away. The baby out with the bathwater, as they say.

Moreover, XP / AP is what most want anyway, because it allows for farming of later, more lucrative areas.

Finally, who cares if people bot? I mean, there's a level cap, right? So, it's not like it's a 'cheat' per se, it's just a time-saving measure. Also, you could argue that the more people find / earn / have, the more they'll list on the marketplace and therefore the lower the prices will be; making access to the game's more expensive and hard-to-acquire items more attainable.
