M.Att, Att, vs INT on Scythe Evie

So I've been using a Scyth on my Evie character, I'm level 62, and I still haven't bothered to look up information on this.

In Vindictus, what's worth more? 30 M.ATT, or 30 INT?
The reason I'm asking is because I'm trying to decide between which Books to use, one has a M.ATT and an INT rating, the other only has INT, but is about 30 higher than the other. So which would end up giving me more damage?

Also, on Scythes, should I be looking for Scythes that have a higher M.ATT, or a higher ATT, or just even? My current one has about 5200 ATT, and 7000 M.ATT, and I don't know if I should get a different scythe in favor of one that has higher ATK.

if you do physical damage it dosent count towards att all your att damage goes toward m.att

Scythes don't do physical attack, They used to.

You want the 30 int and not the 30 M.Att

So the ATT stats on Scythes are just meaningless numbers now?

1 int = 2 mAtt
If I remember correctly, (I don't play Evie) everything is mAtt based, EXCEPT for kicks. But that doesn't matter for the most part.
