Can you cook?
The only recipes I have access to are individual grilled fishes, assorted grilled fish, the three salads and pet food, aren't there more recipes? Also I'm stuck at 61/99 proficiency, and none of the mentioned recipes can raise it anymore... Am I missing something?

EDIT: I realize that cooking may be useless or time/money wasting, but I enjoy it :)
