Cant buy NX?

i wanted to buy NX so i can get this outfit for my chick but the only problem is i cant. it shows up with an error when i click the 50$ package. the 100 doesntt work either and i dont want to have to buy 2x 20$NX and 1x 10$nx just to get 50 thats a bit too much of a hassle XD

anyone know if there is a fix for this?

if you're talking about buying NX with a credit card or paypal through nexon's website, I would suggest contacting their customer support. There are other ways to buy NX as well, for example with Karma Koins (prepaid cards) or if you have the steam overlay turned on you can go in game, go to the nx depot and click "purchase nx" that should bring up the overlay to use your steam wallet

well no i can buy a 5$ nx a 10$ and a 20$ (i think those are the increments lol sorry if im wrong) but i need the 50$ package (mind you i only buy through steam and origin with a few exceptions) but also i cant buy the 100$ package. i did get a ticket response saying the error is from going over my spending limit

XD i spent 2$ on the game cus i accidentally bought 2 of the starter packages XD so ill just wait till next month to see if i can get it, will update this then. but apparently 2$ is WAY too much for you to be buying lol
