Z and X skill bar HELP :'(

I've been searching for hours now and if i missed the solution for this i deeply apologize. I just reached lvl 40 and finished pact quest now i cant put trans skill on Z or X skill bar and 1-8 skill slot is full of my skills. 9-0 are potions and feather. Now i need help on how i can use Z and X skillbar im dying to use transformation. HELP! :'(

The x skill bar can stack skills, allowing you rotate through them. i only have 3 slots used, one for pots, one for feathers and one for secondary.

Like they said X is for rotating abilities and Z would be to use them, so once you see the face of paladin or Dark knight press Z and you should trans.
