Need help to create account

Hello I am from Russia and game is ip blocked in my country. I have old account, played on it like year ago but for now it said that country on my acc is blocked so I cant play. Support rejected my request to change country on acc. I tried to make new acc using VPN but apparently it is not working too. I just need somebody from not blocked country to just create acc for me using my email. Please guys help.

It's not about my PC region it's about my IP address.
And yeah already solved by registering with windscribe vpn through launcher via google registration
