are outfits character bound?

i wane buy some sexy outfits for my old characters can i switch them or are they bound to 1 character ?

you can always save up and buy outfits from the market board if you'd rather not spend real money. can't remember the exact category that they're listed under, but there is a cash shop item category in the market board where you can see if there are any outfits up for sale
