Report a translation problem
Just fixed it on my account. After i wrote a ticket to nexon game support, I tried to reset the password through Chrome instead of Google Edge, and it worked.
this is what support wrote to me:
1. Go to vindictus.nexon.net
2. Log into your Nexon account.
3. Click the Explore icon on the top-left.
4. Scroll to the 2nd Password Reset.
5. Click the Send Reset Email button under the Reset 2nd Password/PIC section.
6. You will be prompted with a pop-up box confirming the reset email.
7. Check the email address for the password reset email.
8. Click the Reset button in the email. You will be prompt with pop-up box to confirm that the secondary password has been reset.
9. You will be prompt to create a new secondary password at the next log-in.

Also, if you still haven't receive the code may I suggest you try to resend it again. If you get an error message upon requesting, please refresh the page. Moreover, if you are unable to receive the email verification, please try to clear the cache/cookies or temporary Internet files or use a different web browser. After that, please restart your computer, then request another reactivation email on our website. Please also check the Spam/Junk folder in your Email.
Please follow these steps to reset your secondary password. After trying these steps, please reply back to this ticket if you are still experiencing issues.
