So I forgot my secondary password, right? Decide to go get it changed on Nexon's website, clearly have a character named Quemetiel, a Karok, on the game.
I go to account settings and press Reset on the Vindictus option under "Reset Secondary Password"

BAM! "You do not have a game character or password has not been set up on this account."

I have a character, he's like level 5 now, I have a password set up too.

BUT IT KEEPS SAYING "You do not have a game character or password has not been set up on this account."

Just fixed it on my account. After i wrote a ticket to nexon game support, I tried to reset the password through Chrome instead of Google Edge, and it worked.

then maybe try another browser :)

this is what support wrote to me:

1. Go to vindictus.nexon.net
2. Log into your Nexon account.
3. Click the Explore icon on the top-left.
4. Scroll to the 2nd Password Reset.
5. Click the Send Reset Email button under the Reset 2nd Password/PIC section.
6. You will be prompted with a pop-up box confirming the reset email.
7. Check the email address for the password reset email.
8. Click the Reset button in the email. You will be prompt with pop-up box to confirm that the secondary password has been reset.
9. You will be prompt to create a new secondary password at the next log-in.

Also, if you still haven't receive the code may I suggest you try to resend it again. If you get an error message upon requesting, please refresh the page. Moreover, if you are unable to receive the email verification, please try to clear the cache/cookies or temporary Internet files or use a different web browser. After that, please restart your computer, then request another reactivation email on our website. Please also check the Spam/Junk folder in your Email.

Please follow these steps to reset your secondary password. After trying these steps, please reply back to this ticket if you are still experiencing issues.

I gave up already and made a new character on the west server.
So goodbye Level 5 Karok, hello Level 5 Hurk

GUYS I FOUND OUT HOW TO DO IT.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS GO THROUGH MAPLESTORY.NEXON, NOT REGULAR NEXON.

ON THE MAPLESTORY PAGE, YOU HOVER OVER SUPPORT/RESET MY PIN, AND THEN YOU CLICK THE RESET BUTTON FOR YOUR MAPLESTORY

My problem (which is now fixed thank god) wasn't with Maplestory though. It was with Vindictus. I don't have a Maplestory.
