Migration deleted my characters?

Been trying to get support but ticket system is slow so I'll ask here while I wait.

I'm originally an EU Nexon account.

I can log into my EU Nexon account on what little few bits of EU Nexon websites are left with my account name (Let's call it Crowii for the sake of simplicity)
Now when I read about the Migration it mentions that if you had a NA account and an EU, they'll bind together and you simply use your Email to log in.

So, I pop over to the American Nexon and log in with my Email, no problem.
Then I launch up the game and I'm greeted by an empty character screen, so clearly the American account is picking up some different information.
If I try to log in with Crowii like I can on the EU version I'm told the account doesn't exsist.

Natrually, I've contacted support to try and unlink the steam account if that's the problem.
I say thaat I've installed Vindictus on steam, but when I launch the game I'm found with no characters etc. and give the ticket some information (my old character names, account name etc)

And the reply I get is;

"Please know that the character name that you have specified is under a different account that is not linked to Steam."
This being said, how the hell can I link my account if it apparently no longer exsists?


Have I lost all my lvl 90 characters because of Nexon?



Side note;
When I used to play before I could log in on the main menu without the launcher, is this still possible or not anymore?

Start the game, make sure you click on EU servers... not NA servers... Everything is all good but, you need to make sure you are on EU! When i start the game it ask me which server/region I want to be playig on. If you are doing it right you should see your characters on EU servers.

Just want to make this clear: I'm not stupid enough to have mistaken clicking the American or Australian servers when the game launches. :p

Rest assured, I do click the correct region when the game launches.
