Can't reset Nexon password

Hi I used to play a few Nexon games a long time ago, mostly Combat Arms and Vindicus but I can't use my account because it was so long since I had logged in. I tried to reactivate my account which required me to reset my password but everytime I try to reset it, it tells me "An error has occurred. Please try again." I tried to reset my password a couplemonths ago and got this message so I figured I'd wait it out to see if it was fixed but I tried again today and no change. I've tried looking online for solutions but didn't see any that worked for me, tried to use a different web browser as well which didn't work. I have my brower set up to delete cookies automactically as well.

Any solutions, I miss my jolly red-nosed warrior who would slam his enemies into their makeshift houses.

I had a similar problem using chrome, but then I used a different browser (microsoft edge lol) which fixed it for me. Not sure which browsers you tried but maybe trying yet another might help.

Maybe you could try using a different computer or your phone if that doesn't work out for you?

EXACT same thing with me for ALL Nexon games. I just tried last week. The problem is STILL happening. Because of this I cannot play ANY Nexon games yet I KNOW my original password, have access to my email still and everything. It is on Nexon's website's end. It is a shame their website is so bad I cannot even get in contact with anyone on their end about it.

Okay reading the replies I will try another browser as well. I was using Firefox.

have the exact same problem but i tried old explorer, edge,chrome and firefox but non of them work

please i need help :O!

Try clearing all caches and trying each browser again, idk how it will help but basics are there for a reason. I was able to use Edge I think and it worked. If none of the above work you might be fubar, or should look for a phone number to call Nexon support.
