PASSWORD DONT WORK

IM HONESTLY NOT SURE IF IM BEING DUMB BUT MR CARSON GIVE YOU THE PASSWORD ''ALECARSON5387'' AND IT JUST DONT WORK,. I TRIED WITH LOWER CASE a anda captial A and it just keeps comong up wrong password some one else i dont get it, what am i doing wrong

its ok, i had to restart game,. i found 2 lil glitches now, not really bad but i think its just a case of restarting game, first glitch was when i was in hallway with the guy, just woul;dnt let me get out of it an 2nd was this password, ill report more if i see any, but so far i like the game

i did the mistake of writing Alecarson but with two C:s for a very long time. Maybe something like it?
